A fairly new addition to Koga City, this cat café opened April of 2016. It’s a bit of a trek from the station though, and while busses to their location are available, they are extremely infrequent, so the Café recommends that you get a cab from the East Exit of Koga Station. It will be about a ten minute ride. They sometimes have lunch specials and special activities available in addition to their standard time blocks.

In operation since 2010, this little Café is approximately a ten minute walk from Shishibu station (or about a 20 minute walk from Koga Station). Proceeds from the cafe are put back into cat care, with the majority going to feeding the cats, providing them with any necessary medical care, and rehoming them, as well as doing Spay/Neuter Catch & Releases on feral cats that they do not currently have the space to house, train, and re-home. As of June 2017, proceeds from the café have helped find homes for 233 cats, and payed for the spay of an additional 185 feral females and the neutering of 210 feral males. Moca, after whom the Café is names, is a massive long-haired calico who fully understands her position as Queen of All She Surveys. A variety of drinks are for sale, and time is available in half hour and hour blocks.

NB. Children younger than 4th grade of elementary school are limited to 30 minutes between 12:00-13:30, and those younger than junior high school age must be accompanied by an adult.
